​The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials; do not represent income to the Association.​

If you are not completely satisfied, customers may return products in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full credit or exchange, unless otherwise noted. No refund will be given for any opened or used product or course materials. All  eBooks, Blended Learning course, Heartcode course, Online course and E-Learning Course registrations are final and are not eligible for any refunds.​​​​ 

In the event you arrive with in 15 minutes after your scheduled course time, or if you do not cancel or re-schedule your course or skills practice and testing session within the allotted time stated with in our course cancellation policy, YOU SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS. "NO EXCEPTIONS".  If you would like to reschedule the course or skills practice and testing session, you will have to re-register for the course and pay all course fees.

To be eligible to receive a full refund, or to reschedule your course registration, you must contact us to cancel or re-schedule your course registration, during our normal business hours, no later than the day before your scheduled course. Our normal business hours are, Monday - Friday  9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR REGISTRATION WITHIN THE TIME STATED ABOVE, YOU SHALL BE CONSIDERED  A " NO SHOW" and you SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS.

​​All students must have the current appropriate AHA course textbook for their individual use before, during, and after the course. Students should review the textbook before class and have immediate access to their own copy afterward as a reference and review tool. The only exception to this policy is the student who is a healthcare professional who will have access to the textbook for individual study reference before, during, and after the course at his or her facility. A library/archive for healthcare professionals is acceptable but does not meet the requirement for lay programs.
